Access our Fortitude Valley location via Rosetta St. We have a few parking spaces available on site (entry via Rosetta St). Or you can park on Prospect street and walk down the side of the spa to access via Rosetta St.

Enable Notifications
When booking online, please be sure to enable appointment notifications and reminders so you can keep up to date with any appointments you have scheduled.

Arrival
To fully enjoy your spa experience, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for parking, to check in and complete your personal profile.. Late arrival may impact your treatment time.

Booking With a Voucher
Please bring your voucher on the day of your treatment or provide us with your voucher/card number prior to your appointment. All bookings require a 25% deposit. Gift Vouchers can be used as the deposit however, a Credit or Bank Card is still required to secure your booking.

Cancellation
Life is full of surprises so if you need to cancel your appointment, change your treatment or reschedule the time, Bump Day Spa must be notified at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to do so will mean you will be charged 50% of the treatment amount. We do not accept cancellations via any social media.
Booking Policy - 25% deposit is required for all bookings, Gift vouchers can be used as the deposit however, a Credit or Bank Card is still required to secure your booking.
HICAPS - Depending on your private health fund provider, you may be able to claim the health rebate for your pregnancy, post pregnancy, deep tissue & remedial massage. If you wish to do so, you must mention at the time of booking to ensure you are booked with one of our HICAP registered therapists.
